Improve auto-prompting for Data Modules

Auto-prompts seem to leverage the underlying data type of the table/database. That's fairly short-sighted since numeric types can be used to represent non-metric data. For example the year or the month number of a time table. It's perfectly valid to store both of those as small/tiny int types in the database.

The auto-prompting behavior seems show a select value prompt for character fields but a value key-in/entry prompt for numeric.

That's problematic because things like year or month number are attributes and so I should be able select from a list of valid available values.

I pointed this out in PMR Case TS002842003 and was told this is is acceptable behavior for the application and therefor not defect and that I would need to open a Enhancement Request.

FM gets around this problem by having default-prompt settings that you can set on a field, and so if you want to add that to Data Modules that would be great, but at the very least I think leveraging the Type/Usage in Data Module (Identifier vs Attribute vs Measure) would be more correct then looking at the actual field's data type and making the determination there. Because as stated, not all numeric fields are measures.
