Url to run reprots from Sharepoint in the cloud enhancemetn

When a report is published the SharePoint cloud and passing a userid and pw with the parameters does not work in the cloud.  This works on prem but not in the cloud.  See case TS002005281 and TS003114744.   The reports run sometime and when they do, if you need to run another one, you need to close the browser and clear the cach.  If this is not done, then the user get an error that is shown in the cases.
