Fix the Cognos Mashup Services (CMS) so that they can render/retrieve the newer Cognos Analytics (CA) visualization objects

We used to use CMS to embed CA content within our own web pages.  Specifically we would use CMS to retrieve report parts, assigning a name within the report design and then using that name to retrieve the HTML fragment through CMS.  CMS still works, but it will not render any of the newer content (even newer visualizations from within a standard report).  Instead it simply renders the alternate text, if set... otherwise is just blank.

We are implementing REST and JavaScript based APIs to allow users and partners to access and embed content. This will be our approach to supporting these types of use cases moving forward. In Cognos Analytics 11.1.7, we have introduced APIs for creating and interacting with Data Modules and Dashboards and we will continue to build upon these capabilities moving forward.
