Resume publishing a fix list with each release

Please resume publishing a fix list with each release of Cognos Analytics. It's my understanding from the linked forum post this was discontinued with v11.0.12.

The fix list is an important part of decision making in our organization when choosing to upgrade to a newer version.

    Great idea! Publishing here a fix list with each release will provide transparency and accountability to users, ensuring they are aware of the improvements and bug fixes being made to the software. This will also help in keeping users informed and confident in the product's development. Keep up the good work!

    Fix lists are now available through Fix Central for releases 11.0.13 FP1 and 11.1.3 and forward.
