Would also recommend adding the ability to customize the subject header to allow for the following (example):
Static change
Pre-append (***INTERNAL USE ONLY*** <default report name>)
Append (<default report name> - INTERNAL USE ONLY)
Date, customizable format (<default report name> - [DATE])
Dynamic based on value passed through
In which version of cognos this issue/problem will be resolved any tentative plan in 2020 releases.
Is there any alternative approaches for timebeing suggessted. please let me know .

This feature is a must have for our client.
At my customers site there are 60 different bursted output versions for each run. It is impossible to tell one output from another. Not only must the mail subject be data driven, the name of the appended PDF file must also be data driven. Creating 60 report views and running each separately is simply not an acceptable option.
Need this functionality asap in cognso 11 application.
I agree, also very important for our organization as we schedule 1000's of reports per week. Having the option to place any parameter/formula etc in the subject would be extremely beneficial!
This feature is a must have for my client, as the manager receives all bursted reports and cannot separate them. So the current functionality is highly intransparent.
