Own color palette for each KPI in diagrams

The customer wants a diagram in his report, where KPIS for different departments are shown. For each KPI the actual value is used with the target value in the same diagram. The actual value should use the normal color palette with all company colors, but the target value should always be red.
It ist not possible to add the red color to the normal company color palette, because the number of departments shown in the diagram is not always the same. Therefore it is not clear, that the red color is only used for the target value, it could also be used for an actual value of one department.

We need the possibilty to choose sperate color palettes for every KPI.
