Allow use of query subjects with prompt macros in dashboards

We use prompt macros in filters in many Cognos package query subjects. When you attempt to use one of these query subjects in a dashboard it results in an error.

The result is that we are unable to use these packages in dashboards. There is no work around, so this severely limits the usefulness of dashboards in our organization.

This RFE is being submitted in response to support ticket TS000110691. Support said this is working as designed and dashboards weren't designed to work with prompt macros.

It's unfortunate that this defect has been left unattended for 3 years. This defect impacting our upgrade plans to C11.2. Packages that work with advanced modeling in 10.2.2 does not work in C11, that's to me backward. Dashboarding being native feature of C11, should support prompt macro in pacakges to encourgae adaption from users. Case submitted from our end, TS006200231. Please prioritize fix for this defect, and provide us an IF. Thank you.
