Copy and Rename Audit Log not containing target location

Currently, whenever a user Renames or Save As.. a report, this log entry only shows the source report, not the destination. So
Can you have the Audit also create an entry of the target?

Possible fix would be that an operation of MOVE or MOVE or MOVERENAME would effectively get an additional entry MOVE_TO and MOVERENAME_TO.
If the target already existed, there would also be a DELETE operation added to the log before the MOVE is finalized.
