The Cognos BI SDK has been feature frozen since the 10.2.2 release. The Cognos BI SDK is still supported, however, we have no plans to update the Cognos BI SDK or the accompanying Cognos SDK Developer Guide.
There have been new APIs released with Cognos Analytics 11.x for administering the Cognos Analytics environment, data modules and dashboards. These new APIs are REST based and are documented in the CA 11.x documentation.
