Add support for clauses of aggregate functions in DQM

In 10.2.1 FP3 DQM added the support for aggregate functions (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21660309.

Specially the listagg function is of concern. The listagg function on DB2 has a specific within group clause, that is used for grouping and sorting.
Within the expression window in Authoring or Modeling the within group clause is not accepted, thus the grouping/sorting or not-grouping/not-sorting can not be generated as directly on the database.
A similar output can be generated in Authoring through subqueries, however they are not as flexible and specifically in regards to the correct sorting and grouping, it can get quite complex and you cannot always achieve the desired results.
Using subqueries, the SQL is not generating the within group clause as well, thus the grouping is performed locally on the Query Service, and therefore is not send to the database.

This request is to allow the available clauses for the aggregate function, so that the data can be requested more precisely from the database.
