More Generic Error message for CAF - Reflective XSS

With recent penetration testing, the IBM security team thought that the CAF (which was enabled) was allowing Reflective XSS. After feedback from the CA developers, it was learned that the CAF is working as designed and no scripts are able to do any Reflective XSS. However, the IBM Security is requesting the error message be made a bit more generic or redirect into the error page, rather than show the current page. See attached doc.

Can we fix the error message like if someone gives any input for example (abcdef or javascript:alert(1)), in that case application shows a generic error message or redirect into the error page rather than current one.
