Support rendering of Mapbox maps in PDF with "show values" property

Map visualizations are rendered in the browser as HTML but the ability to render maps showing values in PDF would increase adoption among our client base.

This will be especially true when custom polygons are supported.

The initial zoom level (e.g., what the user sees when the map is first rendered without any subsequent panning or zooming) would be sufficient for most use cases.

The ability to show values (as with the legacy map) will aid user consumption and interpretation.
