In My schedules and subscriptions, under Past, give the user more information to troubleshoot a failure

In My schedules and subscriptions, under the Past view, for failures the only information provided to the user is the:
-entry name
-request time
-status (Testing failed or Failed in R8 and R9 respectively)

This is not enough information for an end user to troubleshoot and resolve a failure.

To empower a user to troubleshoot, they need to see the failure reason, which currently is completely hidden in the interface—they must contact an administrator to get this information. (By the way, we'd like to see friendlier failure reason descriptions for end user than in 10.x. ) Additionally, the name of the entry that failed is only useful to a degree. We'd like for users to see the entry location in the case of schedules and background runs (but not subscriptions), so they can locate and take appropriate action on the failed entry. It would also be helpful to include what type of entry failed (schedule, subscription, other background run). Thank you.
