Ability to download the default welcome page / logon page for modification

Customer doesn't want to develop own welcome page and logon page as well as modify any samples. The request is to be able to download the default one, modify and upload. Either replace the existing one or upload a new name.We know https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewChangeRequest&CR_ID=84915 but this is the ability to add extensions and not modify the default one

    These are not actually implemented in a way that could be downloaded, so currently this request is not technically feasible. Implementating equivalent functionality is not something currently on our roadmap, though we do continuously re-evaluate priorities.

    The two main features from the Cognos default home page that I would like to incorporate into a customized home page for my client is the "Recent" cards (e.g. one row of 3 cards, instead of 2 rows) and the "File upload" drop zone.
