Include interactive report runs in Past Activities Cognos Administration list

In Cognos Administration, the Past Activities list currently only shows previous report runs run in the background, while the Current Activities list has the option to show either Background activities or Interactive activities.

As an administrator it would be very helpful to see both background and interactive activities in the Past Activities view, since many times I am using it to determine which report run caused a large spike in usage of our server or database. The audit database can be used to see what was run, but it does not include prompt values which is often the cause of long running reports in our system.
