Expand support for PDF drill through functionality to Chrome and Firefox ESR

Background:
PDF drill through functionality was designed around the Adobe NPAPI plugin. However, major browsers have ended support for NPAPI.

- Chrome ended support in 2015.
- Firefox will end support on the 32 bit ESR browser soon (early 2018).

Support has confirmed only Internet Explorer is supported with this functionality in Cognos Analytics.

Our organization relies on PDF drill through reports. Chrome and Firefox (which we prefer) are recommended routinely by IBM for the best experience with Cognos Analytics, but it is difficult for end users when functionality support is fragmented across browsers.

Additionally, we have a large population of Mac user who can't use this functionality at all now because there is no supported browser option for them.

Please add support for PDF drill through reports to Chrome and Firefox ESR. Thank you.

    This was delivered in 11.2.0 release.

    I just came up with this issue now that the company is leaving Internet Explorer as default corporate browser.
