Make it easier when using of Report Variables

In cognos 10, when you were conditionally formatting an object across multiple values -- it was relatively easy to turn on the functionality for each value -- and it was relatively easy to turn it off or revert to the Default/Other value (by doubleclicking the explorer bar - this would turn it from Green to "clear").

In Cognos 11, it is easy to turn on the functionality - and you get notified that you the variable is set to value "123". However, when you want to turn it off - or set everything to "default" -- you do not get notified that the conditional formatting is turned off.

It would be nice to have a pop-up notice that tells the user that the formatting is set to the default or "turned off".
