Copy (Ctrl + C) single values/cells from a report that's run with full interactivity

Simply copying single values/cells from a report that's run with full interactivity is not possible, neither with CTRL + C, nor with right mouse -> Copy.
Exporting the full report to Excel is not an option, as task takes much longer and only single values need to be copied.
Also, the advantages of a full interactivity report should not be missed, so missing interactivity is also no option.

    This was delivered in 11.2.1 through On demand toolbar.

    This should be a Report Setting.

    Enable Copy Paste or not, so a report author can decide to protect its data on HTML.
