Cognos 11.0.7 "Link to Package" functionality is not Available

Product : Cognos Analytics 11.0.7

Issue : Users are facing difficulties to re link their package in Cognos 11.0.7 reports.

Description : Users used to change the package (Re link) for their report by just clicking the report properties and then by clicking "Link to Package" option they can change the package in cognos 10.2.2 version, but in Cognos 11.0.7 every time user has to open the report in edit mode,have to change the package and then have to save their reports.

In Cognos 10.2.2 if the user click the "Link to package" it will take the user to currently pointed package location, but in Cognos 11.0.7 users were able to just change the package even not able to see path where the currently pointed package located.

Since in Cognos 11.0.7 users were not able to locate the package path they are finding difficulties in upgrade process.
