Ability for administrator to see users groups, roles and capabilities

As an administrator it would be very helpful and useful to be able to see the groups, roles and capabilities assigned to a specific user.
It would help the administrator understand why a users is signed for a specific license.
Eg.: Why is user AAA registered as an administrator?

This could be implemented as a part of the "Licenses"-page or the "Accounts"-page.

I've added this to CogBox premium. When the user logs in a script runs to record and update the user's identity information. I have another tool that will return a list of all of your users, you can click on a button to see each individual user's roles and groups, or export the entire list to Excel and see all of the groups and roles and capabilities assigned to each user.

I like this one.  As it stands now, to get this information for IBM Support I need to distract the user yet again from doing his/her work in order to get this information.
