Make it quicker for a user to email report output

In Cognos 10 it was pretty simple for a user to email report output to themselves. They would click the Run with Options icon and Email the Report was one of the options presented on the resulting window.

In Cognos Analytics, the same option is available but it is many more steps to get to and users are frustrated as it is one of the operations they perform often. They click Run As and then have to know to toggle the Run in the Background switch (many of our users do not find it intuitive that they must do this to find their email option), expand Advanced and expand Delivery. Our users like to attach the report output, so this is even more clicks to not include the link and instead attach the output.

    I came here to request this exact same thing. I have had countless users that are unable to even find the email options in C11 because it is considered an "Advanced" delivery option and I don't know anyone who would consider emailing an "Advanced" option.

    In C10 you could email yourself a report in 3 clicks:
    1. Run with options
    2. Send me the report by email
    3. Run

    To do the same thing in C11 you would need 9 clicks:
    1. More
    2. Run as
    3. Run in background
    4. Advanced
    5. Delivery
    6. Send report by email
    7. Attach the report
    8. Done
    9. Run
