Issue - Data formatting on Conditional blocks

1. Data formatting defined for the cell doesn't work inside conditional blocks.
2. Search Enhancement - Cannot search for report within subfolder. Always, search option shows result from the root folder in cognos connection
3. Copy and Paste Enhancement - If you multiple subfolders, it is difficult to copy and paste. Navigate to the subfolder (say, it is level 5), copy and paste it to another subfolder (level 3 but different parent folder). Instead of one copy and paste click, it takes 4 clicks.
Cognos 10.x version was better for the above points #2 and #3
