Add a confirmation message for running reports in background

In Cognos 10 when running a report in the background, a confirmation screen is shown afterwards with the details of what was selected. In Cognos 11.0.6 we no longer get this screen so a user does not know what they selected worked.

This is especially troublesome since we are not seeing the prompt page for reports run in the background so reports are often being run but then failing because required prompt values are not being entered.

The request is for a confirmation message or screen after finishing the report to run in the background. It would be especially useful to have the details selected to be shown back to the user.
