Improper Session Termination
When a user logs out of the application or closes the application window, the corresponding session is not destroyed on the server. This allows a client-side session identifier to reactivate a session that the user intended to end. This may be accomplished by stealing the session cookie, or by simply re-opening the application window.
On sign out and closing application window, the session should be destroyed on the server, and all session tokens should be invalided on the server.

The application allows more than one active session at a time for a single user account. This allows an attacker to use stolen credentials, and misses a clear opportunity to alert the legitimate user.

Allow only one active session per user at any given time.
