Utilities to monitor, manage, and/or control cloud disk and content store space usage, data sets, and user file uploads

Given that we are about to allow specific users to upload files for their own self-reporting needs, we would like utilities that allow administrators to monitor the space being used by such files on a per environment and per user basis. Better yet, we would like such utilities to also allow us to manage and control the files uploaded by users (e.g. file size limits).

We would also like to be able to do the same for data sets.

Finally, we would like utilities to allow us to monitor the size of our Content Store as well as the physical disk space used by our cloud environments.

We have started to receive requests from users to view and manage their own upload and data set file sizes as some have reached the limited that we allow. They need the ability view space they have left of the limit and also be able to identify easily where these data uploads and datasets exist within the folder structures.
