Restrict Number of Users in a group or role.

Hi Team,

After I reached out to the IBM support team for Cognos, I am reaching out to our regarding one of the specific requirement we have in our Banking Organization. Below is the details.

Objective :
Restrict number of users in a particular group or roles in cognos.

Description :

In our banking environment it is very critical to monitor the number of users being added into any specific groups as to avoid unforeseen crisis in terms of data security and also the limitation on the number of users .
Hence We would like to have a feature or enhancement in the current environment Cognos10.2.1 which will restrict the users added to the groups or roles to maximum limit.

This will help us to avoid any human error in terms on adding users and lying in the system without our notice if we have a limit on the number of user then we would be cautious to add new users as we would have already added maximum number of users.

This maximum number of users at each group should be configurable so that different groups can have their own limits as per the business need.
