Prompts: variable default values

System: Cognos Analytics Reporting
Actor: User needing a simpler reporting experience

Description:
Reporting users have a need for reports that are easy to use. Prompt controls allow hard-coded default values. Sometimes the users want default values are based on data that changes over time.

Report authors should be able to set the default value(s) for a prompt object to a static value (current behavior) or to the results of a query (proposed behavior).

The obvious example is a date prompt that should default to the most recent workday before today. This can't be hard-coded. A query could calculate the correct data, taking into consideration weekends, holidays, or whatever other factors are involved.

Another example would be a value prompt that allows the user to select one or more car models, but should default to the three models with the lowest sales in the previous month.
