Workspace Data Replication: Change Data Capture

The ability to grant rights for users on subscriptions not based on read/write rights of the tables in Db2

At the moment the method for securing subscriptions between users is based on the read/write authorisations of the users on the tables that are defined in the subscriptions.
So if a user opens the management console the user can only see the subscriptions dependent on his/her authorisations in Db2.
In order to protect the business data we need to restrict acces to it in Db2 so we need to have the ability in CDC to give a user acces to a subscription without the user having read/write access in Db2 on the tables that are defined in the subscriptions.
