IIDR CDC Replication Engine Enhancement to include data in transit encryption capability

IIDR CDC currently does not have any internal encryption capability requiring methods such as SSH Tunneling, TLS via use of product such as STunnel (open-source), IPSEC to encrypt data in transit. We are requesting that the product is enhanced to include encryption capability so that external solutions are not required to encrypt the data in transit.
