Support for Oracle DB name change with CDC Target

We would like to have a means to change the Oracle Database name for existing subscriptions within Infosphere Change Data Capture. When our Oracle database migrated to the Exadata environment, the database name changed which required dropping and recreating all subscriptions. The Oracle database name was not supplied but was discovered and stored in the Point database. If it is necessary to keep, we would like a way to specify and change it in the dmconfigurets tool.
