Support reading standby redo logs (SLRs) on Oracle Standby

CDC agent for Oracle Database currently supports reading change data from archive logs on the physical standby database, enabled by the Oracle Data Guard technology.
.
If standby database is configured with Standby Redo Logs (SLRs), then Oracle Data Guard transfers and applies the redo log records from the primary database in near-real-time.
.
CDC agent could use the data from SLRs to get rid of delays in processing the changes due to the need to wait until those SLRs would be filled and archived.
.
Processing SLRs will, therefore, allow CDC to handle the changed data in near-real-time.
.
The same feature also makes sense for other relational databases supporting standby configurations - for example, Db2 HADR standby could also be used in a similar manner.
