Oracle fastload Refresh method does not do intermediate commits
When doing a Refresh to Oracle using the fastload method, no intermediate commits are done. That means that all records are loaded to the target table before committing the transaction (and the fastload_refresh_commit_after_max_operations parameter does not do anything). The only option to have intermediate commits is to do a JDBC refresh which runs much slower, so it's not viable for big tables. Implement intermediate commit when doing Refresh with fastload to CDC for Oracle.
