Journal Control Field &USER not filled correctly within Oracle dbms_scheduler

We use the journal control fields within IDR.

Especially the &USER field.

Our whole archiving solution is based on that

Means we delete data with a certain Oracle USER like REPL_ASRV on a global Oracle database and the data is really deleted in our operative systems NOT delete in our archive database. We achieve that by using exactly this filter in every table in the Archive subscription:

&USER<>'REPL_ASRV'

So no record will be deleted in the archive if we do this with that certain User. We do this and have this working for years, but now we want to user oracle dbms_scheduler jobs in this repl_asrv schema to delete more data scheduled in Oracle scheduling. We did set up a prototype and we found out, that the &USER variable is NOT filled in IDR.

But we need this variable to be filled correctly to use Oracle dbms_scheduler, otherwise we can not use IDR for our architecture regarding archiving anymore.

The whole case can be found in TS004328588.

Please provide a solution for that. I am sure that the &USER variable ca be determined by your log miner. In the Oracle Logminer the User variable is filled correctly
