PostgreSQL instance is only DUAL from build 5607, only-source is needed

Since build 5607 of 27 September the CDC PostgreSQL instance has become DUAL (supports source and target).

For security reasons it would be essential for us to have the possibility to make the instance only source as it is possible to do with the oracle instance, for the oracle instance it is possible during creation to specify the read-only option, this option allows you to create an instance only source.

This is also important because the CDC database user account necessarily requires the "superuser" and "replication" roles on the DB PostgreSQL so the instance can always modify the data of all the tables on the DB so if the groups that manage the replicas and source databases are different it can become a security issue.
