Poor management of CDC parser on Postgresql timestamp format

The timestamp format permit to have a year greater than 9999 . The Log Parser and CDC protocol dont support year greater than 9999.


our wish is to align the CDC parser with the capabilities of Postgresql

    IBM Update: Thanks for submitting this idea. We've reviewed it and think it is a valid requirement. But at this time, we have not committed to addressing this requirement. We will look for more feedback from users to help us determine if we will prioritize this feature in the future.
