ibm i series: replication partitioned tables

Be able to setup replication with CDC, source an destination for IBM i series for source an targert partitiones tables. Refer to the case TS009759512.

    More info: As commented into the referred case: If a unique non-partitioned index is defined, the CDC does not allow it to be assigned and if a logical one with a unique key is defined, update and delete fail as support tested.
