Adaptive Apply Metrics Breakdown - separate stats for Inserts handled as an Update, and Updates handled as an Insert, and Deletes with Row not found count

Today the Apply component provides some metrics associated with Adaptive apply's rework of Inserts to Updates and Updates to Inserts (aka UPSERT processing).  As a way of auditing data quality, it would be useful to have a breakdown of these statistics so that a better understanding of the types of reworks that are being made.  As an example, my shop sees that Inserts to Updates, and Updates to Inserts is okay, but a Delete of non-existent rows is a symptom of a data quality issue associated with my processes.  As such, a breakdown of the Adaptive Apply's actions into the following 3 metrics would be beneficial:

a.  Updates reworked to Inserts

b. Inserts reworked to Updates

c. Deletes receiving Record Not Found
