Provide an Operation Level Timestamp for Each Operation

Current DB2 for Z and DB2 LUW  shared only the commit timestamp. Only DB2 Z also has the TS of the actual DDL time

To emulate like they did for oracle to have a switch to send the DDL time instead of the UOW TS

This is for the client -->FEDEX   ,  We had a call with Paul Caderatte and Phil Koza, They knew what is going on in this RFE.   If you need further details Please check with Paul Caderatte.
