Allow replication from Kafka as a source

It would be good to support replications from Kafka as a source to other targets. This idea might sound strange if this were the only replication happening, but this could be part of a "cascading" replication, e.g. if data is replicated from Db2 to Kafka and then the idea is to forward that replication to different other targets. Another interesting use case could be "bidirectional" replication between Db2 and Kafka (if Kafka serves as entry point for data change events going to or coming from some custom repository). 

The request is not to support this for all possible custom formats arriving into Kafka, but maybe only for the default format that CDC is producing.
