Unable to Correlate CDC ephemeral ports with specific subscriptions

We have many CDC subscriptions. When a specific subscription is experiencing latency issues, we would like to perform a packet/sniffer trace on the TCP connection but there is no way to correlate CDC ephemeral ports with specific subscription.

We had a similar issue with IIDR InfoSphere Data Replication but upon request, the IIDR team now writes the ephemeral port to the logs i.e. "Data link local port 24107"
