Reading xml(amd LOB/CLOB) fields from DB2 transaction logs rather than separate select statements

We noticed on production that if there are xml fields in the table , then CDC don't read from transaction logs , but rather directly sends 'select' queries. Same behavior has been verified by by RickardL)

(These xml fields are stored in separate space with logging enabled on db2 side)

This sometimes creates locking situation and not optimal as well.

So, if this can read from transaction logs , then we can avoid locking and extra select statements.
