On several occasions the following scenario has occurred:
Lost connection at the origin, however, the subscription remains in the "Mirroring continuous" state, but it is not actually replicating anything, since when validating at the database level, it is observed that the connection no longer exists. Then it is not possible to stop the subscription or instance normally, only through the ./dmterminate command.
We suggest that the product be capable or have the functionality to identify when a connection loss occurs or that in any case the status of the subscription is "Failed" when this occurs, in this way any problem in the subscription can be easily identified from the Management Console.
