SQL Stored Procedure or Demo of Converting IBM BOOKMARK to SQL LSN or SQL LSN to IBM BOOKMARK even JAR Conversion Code

We lost a 15 minute SQL Log Chain Backup See Case TS016972617 - for 3 Databases and there was no way to recover - except to point IBM Bookmark at the start of the next Good SQL Log Backup LSN - but to do that we needed to convert a SQL LSN to IBM BOOKMARK - For some reason IBM could not do this - even though the code must be in the application so we had to work it out for ourselves - see below (which converts  IBM BOOKMARK to SQL LSN or SQL LSN to IBM BOOKMARK ) we ended up losing maybe 3 SQL Transactions per DB in that 15 mins - which is manageable - rather than performing a   Mark Table  Capture Point which would have made us lose 6 hours work of source data  - Why can't this transation code be provided as as link on your website or instructions to fix for others

    I note that a BOOKMARK Decoder program exists for AS400  to convert it to a Journal Sequence Number - why can't the same  be provided for SQL Server?
