Due to a limitation in AWS Aurora we are not able to address the requirement at this time. Note that IBM has tested Fastload with AWS Aurora and this works as of version 11.9. However, the version being used is 15.4. Aurora needs to allow for use of the COPY command (not the \COPY command) which is required by the CDC fastload facility. We recommend if possible to request this enhancement from AWS. Specifically, an inquiry could be made about changes in functionality in recent versions. In the meantime, we recommend use of the workaround to use external refresh with CDC. (This is usually recommended for very large tables which are part of the scenario here).
