Web based Dashboard/Adminisrator for InfoSphere CDC

The current CDC Management Console is Windows-only based which compulsorily requires a Windows machine. The availability of a browser based Dasboard/Administration interface will help is easy and better usage of the features.

This feature can be integrated into the existing Access Server which runs as a service.

    Must have to show future investments in CDC

    This requirement arises because the customer has to provide a windows system particularly for CDC Management Console. I believe there is also a limitation on memory allocation due to JVM verson being shipped for windows.
