Support for Kafka "Client-Side Field Level Encryption" in Apply for Kafka

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Confluent had released Client-Side Field Level Encryption to their on-prem offering as early access similar to the support they had for Confluent Cloud. We like to make use of this feature to secure our sensitive data. Can IBM add this support in Apply for Kafka? Preferably, Hashicorp (now owned by IBM) Vault Ecosystem integration and creation on on-mainframe Hashicorp support using IBM Crypto Express / other HSMs would be even better. We specifically interested in CSFLE without Confluent access to KEK (top priority), but in few specific low sensitive data use cases with Confluent access to KEK may work as well.
