return full message in CHCCLP list functions

The "list subscription events" command returns up to 120 bytes for the message detail. if the message is longer, it is truncated with "..". To see the full details, the "show subscription event details" command for the row must be run.

for example, list shows:

103 16908304 Error 23/04/2025 4:42:12 PM CECC0016E The source server encountered an unexpected error condition for subscription mytest. The error message code...


& when running "show subscription event details row 103", it returns:

EVENT ID: 16908304

TYPE: Error

TIME: 23/04/2025 4:42:12 PM


MESSAGE:

CECC0016E The source server encountered an unexpected error condition for subscription

mytest. The error message code is 1020010, with the specific return codes (0,0).


This extra step is onerous when extracting data for Splunk monitoring at short intervals - indeed, it could impose restrictions on how short the sampling time could be, due to having to introduce loop logic & extra CHCCLP commands

The idea is to allow either:

1) a sufficient buffer in message detail to return the full detail in all cases

or

2) cater message length in list functions with a configuration setting
