Proper RACF Group based security policies with fine-grain role permissions

In enterprises, different employees perform different roles and they move across teams or have organisation changes. Current IIDR CDC product doesn't support proper RACF based group policies which means when a new user joins or leave a team, various config change has to be performed from source DBs/VSAM, RACF and CDC Mainframe components to provide access or remove access making the process error prone that too without any proper automation.

For the fine-grain roles, we need something similar to the table given below:

Roles->

Task/Access Function (Mainframe related)

App Engineer

Env Engineer (Non-prod only)

App Support / L2 support (Elevated)

Level-1 Support (Elevated)

Tester (Non-prod only)

CI/CD Automation or any batch automation scripts

System Admin / Infra Software Admin (L3 support) (Elevated)

Read CDC Software logs and metrics
