Add support for Teradata v.20

Why is it useful?
Teradata 20.x is not currently supported only Teradata 17.1 and earlier are validated for use with this product's replication / Change Data Capture functionality. This blocks customers who have already upgraded, or are planning to upgrade, their Teradata environment from continuing to use CDC replication.

Who would benefit?
Any customer using Teradata as a target database for Change Data Capture who is running, or plans to move to, Teradata 20.x. This will only become more relevant as more customers upgrade off 17.1 and older releases.

How should it work?
Extend the supported version matrix for Replication: Change Data Capture to include Teradata 20.x, validating driver/connector compatibility against the new version, and update the official compatibility documentation accordingly. Ideally, ongoing support for future 20.x point releases would be included so this doesn't require a new request each time.
