Find special characters in WKC Catalog search

It has been found that the WKC Catalog search does not properly handle special characters (underscore specifically). The response to the IBM Support Case is that this is a limitation of the "light weight" search feature used, based on Lucene and is not the same as Global Search. This results in user confusion when searching. Users "trained" to go to the Catalog to find asset details get different results than those trained to use Global Search. Partial asset name searches with underscores return "No Results Found" which is an incorrect result. The same name search in Global Search return different results. This leads to confusion and mistrust with the system. In some cases this leads to reimporting assets that already exist.

The Catalog Search should be improved to return the same results as Global Search.
